Quote requests are not bookings
Submitting the website form does not create a confirmed appointment. NealAutos UK will review the information provided and confirm suitability, pricing and availability before a booking is agreed.
Safe working space
Customers must provide a safe, legal and reasonably accessible area appropriate for the work. NealAutos UK may decline, postpone or stop work where the location, traffic, weather, ground conditions, access or other circumstances make the job unsafe or unsuitable.
Vehicle information
Please provide accurate vehicle and fault information. A quote may change where the vehicle, required parts or actual fault differs materially from the information originally supplied.
Additional work
If additional faults or work are identified, NealAutos UK will explain the issue and seek approval before carrying out additional chargeable work.
Parts
Parts and their cost are confirmed as part of the quote or job approval process. Contact us before purchasing parts yourself because compatibility and warranty arrangements can vary.
MOT services
NealAutos UK carries out MOT preparation and repairs but does not perform MOT testing.
