Who we are
NealAutos UK provides mobile mechanic services in Leicester and Leicestershire. For privacy questions, email service@nealautos.uk.

When you send a quote request, we collect the information you provide: name, contact details, vehicle registration, postcode, service requirement and details of the vehicle issue. We only use this information to deal with the enquiry, prepare a quote, make a booking or communicate about work you have requested.
Why we use it
We use your information because you have asked us to take steps towards providing a service, to communicate with you about that request and to meet our legal or accounting responsibilities where a booking proceeds.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is sent to NealAutos UK’s business email inbox. We do not sell customer data. We only share information where needed to provide a service, deal with payment or meet a legal obligation.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, quote or provide services, and for longer where necessary for legitimate business, tax, accounting or legal reasons.
