Amy handles calls, quote enquiries, bookings, invoices and customer updates, helping every job run clearly from first contact through to payment.

When customers call NealAutos UK, they are not left wondering who is dealing with what. Amy is your first point of contact for the booking side; Jamie carries out the mechanical work and explains the work required on the vehicle.

Garage visits are not always convenient. You may be working, looking after family, dealing with a car that will not start or simply unable to spare the time for a drop-off. Where the job and workspace are suitable, we bring the support to you.

Professional, practical and honest.

We will never pretend every repair can be completed at the roadside. Some complex jobs are better suited to a workshop environment. We will be clear about this at the outset and help you understand the sensible next step.

NealAutos UK is mobile-first and will remain that way as the business grows. Future plans may include a fixed unit and vehicle collection for suitable jobs, but the focus will always remain on convenient mobile vehicle care.
