What information do you need for a quote?
Please provide your vehicle registration, what is happening with the vehicle, your postcode, whether it starts/drives and any relevant fault codes or warning lights. The more detail you can give, the more useful our first response can be.
Can you work on my driveway?
Often, yes. We need a safe, flat, legal and reasonably accessible place to work with adequate space around the vehicle. We confirm suitability before your booking is accepted.
What counts as a safe working space?
A suitable location is generally private or authorised parking with level ground, safe access, enough room around the vehicle and no unacceptable risk from traffic or pedestrians. Some public roadside and restricted locations are not suitable for mobile repair work.
Can you work at my workplace?
Yes, where there is suitable parking and your employer/site owner permits the work. Please check any workplace or private-car-park rules before booking.
Do you supply parts?
Yes, we can source suitable parts for your job. Parts are priced separately unless they are specifically included in your quote, and we will discuss them before fitting.
How does pricing work?
Our standard minimum booking is £120, followed by £70 per hour labour after the minimum period. Saturday minimum bookings are £130. The precise job, travel and parts position are discussed before you book.
Can you diagnose warning lights?
We can investigate warning lights and diagnostic fault codes, then advise on the likely repair path. Diagnostics are chargeable work even when the repair itself is not carried out at that appointment.
Can every job be completed mobile?
No. Many repairs are suitable for a home or workplace visit, but some jobs need specialist equipment, extensive access or a workshop setting. We will be honest about that before you commit to an appointment.
What happens after I request a quote?
Amy reviews the details, asks any questions needed and discusses availability. Once the job, location and price are clear, your appointment is confirmed.
How do I pay?
Payment arrangements are confirmed with your booking or invoice. We issue an invoice once the agreed job is complete.
