Monday to Friday
The minimum booking covers the initial appointment time and standard local travel for pre-booked mobile work.
Saturday visits
Saturday appointments are subject to availability and follow the same clear process: discuss, quote, book and carry out the agreed work.
The type of vehicle, access to the repair area, fault diagnosis time, required parts and the complexity of the job can all affect the final cost. That is why we ask for accurate vehicle and symptom information before booking.
Parts are supplied separately unless they are explicitly included in your quote. Where an additional fault or repair is found, we will explain what has been discovered and provide the available options before continuing beyond the agreed work.
We are based in South Wigston and cover Leicester and Leicestershire. Jobs outside our standard local area can be considered; any additional travel cost will be stated before you book.
